Please read the terms and conditions of this agreement carefully. Your use of this website and content obtained through this website means that you agree to the following terms and conditions. SizzlePoint Pty Ltd, trading as Stix and Stones Baby reserves the right to change or modify these terms without prior notice.

1. Customer Care 

Stix and Stones Baby strives to maintain customer service as our first priority. You will be notified as soon as possible should any changes occur regarding your delivery times or product order. Please contact us at any time should you need to discuss our range.

1.1 Refunds and returns

If you choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of it being placed, we are more than happy to offer a full refund as long as work has not commenced on your order or product. A part refund may be offered if work has commenced on your order.

We understand that occasionally a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size or they just may not be happy with it. On this occasion, please contact us within 5 days to discuss your concerns on (07) 4033 2750 or email Exchanges/credits are subject to the following conditions: the product must not be used, it must be returned to us within 7 days in its original packaging with tags attached, along with an explanation for the return. Stix and Stones Baby is happy to offer a store credit or exchange the product (exclusive of postage) if the reason is deemed valid and is accepted. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund if the purchaser has a change of mind.

At Stix and Stones Baby, every item is checked and packaged with care. If however your Stix and Stones Baby product has reached you in an unsatisfactory or faulty condition, please contact us within 5 days to discuss your concerns on (07) 4033 2750 or email We will be happy to offer you credit, exchange or refund (exclusive of postage) if the reason is deemed valid and is accepted. The product must not be used, it must be returned to us within 10 days in it's original packaging, along with an explanation for the return.

In the case that your item arrives broken, please DO NOT discard the packaging.   To make a request for a replacement, please email us within 5 days on with photographs of your item for us to review your request. As part of our Australia Post contract, we may also require you to take your parcel to your nearest postal outlet to have an assessment made.  Thank you for your understanding.

Stix and Stones Baby cannot be held responsible for damage during transit beyond our control.

Note: Due to the personalised and creative nature of our personalised products, personalised gifts are non-refundable/returnable, except in the case where an error has been made on our behalf. Should an error be made on your product by Stix and Stones Baby, please return the incorrect product to us COD, and we will replace your product without delay.

2. Ordering & Delivery 

2.1 Office hours:

Office hours are 9.00am-5.00pm Monday - Friday, normal business days. We are closed weekends and public holidays. Any orders received over the weekend will be processed first thing on Monday mornings.

2.2 Pricing:

All prices shown are in AUD$ (Australian Dollars) and include GST. For international orders, GST is deducted upon check-out. Stix and Stones Baby reserves the right to change pricing without notice.

2.3 Payment methods:

We offer several forms of ordering, allowing you to select the method that suits you best. Credit card is our default online ordering method.

  1. Online: Orders are accepted online using a user-friendly shopping cart system. We accept Credit Card, Paypal, direct deposit, cheque and money order.
  2. Fax or mail: Download our Stix and Stones Baby Order Form, complete, and return to us my fax or mail. We accept credit card, money order, cheque or direct deposit. All details are on the form.
  3. By Phone: We love to chat to our customers so if the above options do not suit you, feel free to contact us on (07) 4033 2750 and we shall happily process your order.

Clearance Please be aware that goods paid for by cheque, money order or direct deposit will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Allow up to 4 working days in some cases.

2.4 Delivery times:

For the most detailed information on delivery times for your chosen products, please refer to the product information in our on-line store. Orders placed on the weekends will be counted as received on Mondays.

As a guide:

Non-personalised products: The vast majority ship within 48 hours from processing your order. Please allow the appropriate postal delivery time for your area. Delivered via Australia Post.

Personalised products: Due to the personalised nature of our products, delivery times do vary. Delivered via Registered Post.

Gift Certificates: Dispatched 48 hours from processing your order. Delivered via Express Post.

Stix and Stones Baby cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal service for either local or international customers. If you need your order for a specific date or day then please contact us directly to arrange a courier service. As such estimated times of arrival are only approximate.

2.5 Delivery method:

Orders will be delivered by Australia Post (except Gift Vouchers & Baby Banner™ sent via Express Post). Some of our products are delivered via Registered Post. If you would like to request Registered Post, please let us know. We can ship to P.O. Boxes, residential addresses, business addresses or hospitals. We do accept international orders (delivery calculated and charged at the time of posting, contact us for a quote).

In the unlikely event that your baby gift is not received, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to track it for you. In the event that you have provided us with an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, we are happy to redirect the item to you, at the additional delivery charge. If the fault lies with Stix and Stones Baby delivering to the wrong address, we will happily replace your order without delay.

Important Delivery Message: A small number of our personalised products are proudly sourced from a variety of artists and suppliers. To keep delivery times to a minimum, these products are often delivered directly from the artist/supplier to your delivery address. If you have ordered a number of products on our site, some items may arrive separately. If you have any questions please email us, and we will let you know exactly how your products will be delivered.

2.6 Couriers and postage:

No compensation or responsibility can be taken for delivery delays or damage on part of the courier or mail company. As such estimated delivery times of arrival are only approximate.

2.7 Urgent requests:

If you require your order to be prepared within a specified deadline, please advise us when placing your order. Office hours are 9.00am-5.30pm Monday - Friday, normal business days.

2.8 Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates must be redeemed within 6 months. Certificates redeemed shortly after that time will have any appropriate price increases added. After 12 months has lapsed, Gift Certificates will be deemed void and are not redeemable.

2.9 Out of stock items:

From time to time, items may be out of stock. We will contact you immediately to organise an alternative choice or to notify you of the expected arrival date for the new stock.

3. Your Privacy and Security 

We understand the protection of your personal and business information is important. We guard our client's interests and confidentiality and ensure all information is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act. We protect all of the confidential information given to us during the course of our contract, and will not use the information for personal gain nor in a way that would be damaging to the client. We will never, under any circumstances, share, trade or sell your information onto any third party, other than those who are contracted or supply services to Stix and Stones Baby. Exceptions to this are: where there are reasonable grounds to believe that disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to life or health; and/or; where Stix and Stones Baby is required by law to provide your information.

Our secure payment ensures that your credit card is safe and your privacy is respected. As our site is on a secure server, you will notice the padlock shaped emblem when you place your order. The open nature of the Internet means no data transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from our online products or services. Therefore these activities are conducted at your own risk. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your requirements for the integrity and security of your data.

5. Terms and Conditions 

5.1 Samples:

Stix and Stones Baby occasionally uses previously completed work as samples in web and print publications. We respect your wishes if you do not want to have your document displayed - just notify us in writing if this is the case.

5.2 Links to third party sites and links back to us:

Stix and Stones Baby provides links to third party websites as a service to our customers. In addition, other websites may provide links back to us. Stix and Stones Baby does not control these third party sites and therefore is not responsible for these sites. Any transaction entered into between you and a third party site is at your own discretion and risk.

5.3 Our rights to use information you send us

We welcome your ideas and feedback and regularly seek customer opinions. You agree that Stix and Stones Baby may reproduce, distribute, transmit, creative derivative works of, reassemble for publishing, and publicly display materials and other information (including ideas for new or improved products and services) that you give in any public areas of this site or via email to Stix and Stones Baby.

5.4 Viruses/Security:

Stix and Stones Baby will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential, special or other damage resulting from the transmission from this website or electronic mail to your computer systems of viruses, worms, trojan horses or other destructive items, however caused, such damage to include, without limitation, loss of profits, interruption to business, loss of the whole or any part of a program or any data stored whether saved on a computer or otherwise. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your requirements for the integrity of data and for maintaining a means external to the site for any reconstruction of lost data.

5.5 Exclusions and warranty:

Services are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. By accepting this agreement, you indicate acceptance and understanding as well as releasing SizzlePoint Pty Ltd trading as Stix and Stones Baby from any and all liability.

5.6 Disputes:

Stix and Stones Baby strives to work with our customers to negotiate a satisfactory outcome for both parties prior to proceeding to third party interventions. Regardless of your place of residence, you agree that for purposes of venue, this agreement was entered into in Australia. Any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Queensland, Australia and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the Queensland State Courts.

6. WHOLESALE Terms and Conditions

To gain and maintain wholesale status you must agree to the following conditions:

6.1 Eligibility

Retailers must maintain a physical storefront or online business, and provide a valid Australian Business Number. Retailers must complete our Wholesale Application Form available on our wholesale page.

Stix & Stones Baby and Babyography does not wholesale its entire range. We list our most popular designs in our wholesale section, however you will find additional designs listed in our general site. Retailers may order from those additional designs (provided they are not a sale item). Please ensure you stick to additional designs contained in our 'Babyography', 'A Brush of Imagination' categories.

6.2 Shipping

All orders will be sent via our Australia Post e-parcel system. It is the retailer’s responsibility to ensure that postage is charged on each order (a guide on postage is shown in each product and category in our wholesale section. We drop ship to your customers with no drop ship fees (we are also happy to ship direct to the retailer). We "blind ship" to your customers and offer automatic shipment notification on all parcels.

Personalised items do vary in their turnaround times; we have a guide on expected turnarounds contained within each of our product listings.

6.3 Minimum Order

Stix and Stones Baby does not have a minimum purchase requirement .

6.4 Payment

Orders must be pre-paid prior to shipping; we are not able to offer accounts. We accept credit card, paypal or bank transfer payments. Orders must be placed via our wholesale section. If payment does not appear within 10 days your order will be cancelled and the goods re-allocated.

6.5 Exclusivity

Stix & Stones Baby values its regular stockists and only accepts at handful of stockists at any one time. When we receive a new stockist application we look in detail at our existing representation in the area and we make a decision based on the regularity and annual spend of any other stockists in the same region. We consider stockist arrangements to be lapsed if there are no orders within a 12-month period.

6.5 Prices

We reserve the right to adjust prices and specifications without notice except when an order has been fully paid for. This business is not required to register for GST, so all listed prices do not incur any more taxes.

6.6 Copyright and Images

Copyright on all designs, illustrations, text and artworks and images remains with Stix and Stones Baby and its associated companies and artists. No item (or part thereof) may be reproduced, loaned, deconstructed, published or copied. You may use images from our website for promotional purposes once you are an approved retailer. If you wish to request high-res images for other promotional purposes, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

6.7 Sales Outlets

Products are sold under the agreement that they are not to be sold (wholesale or retail) in any outlet or website other than those specified in your application form. Permission must be sought to sell the goods at other outlets including any new shops or online stores that you subsequently open. Stix and Stones Baby does not allow its products to be sold at online auction sites or through party plan or markets without written permission.

6.8 Returns

Any problems must be reported in writing or by email within 5 days of receipt. Please do not return goods unless we ask you to. We do not generally offer refunds on personalised or custom made products. We do offer a comprehensive returns policy, which can be viewed earlier on this page.

6.9 Variation

Many of our products are handmade, and slight variations will occur. This is accepted by the customer when placing an order, and returns will not be accepted due to slight variation.
