We understand everyone is eager to receive their product. Accurate turnaround times are also listed at the bottom of every product listing.

QUALITY ASSURED:  Uggghhh....why so long?!  We promise we are working on your product throughout our turnaround times...to give you an idea of the process for our painted wooden words: firstly our names are batch cut weekly using the latest laser-cutting technology.  Each name is then individually hand sanded then primed and left to dry; once dry each name is given 2-3 separate layers of paint (each layer is left to dry completely between each layer) and then finally our gloss names are also varnished for added durability and then we leave our names to sit for a week to make sure they are ready for use and won't get damaged in transit.  This meticulous process does take time; but we are proud of the finished product and its durability and promise they are worth the wait!

Our working hours to process orders and respond to enquiries are evenings 8:00pm - 10:00pm. We are closed weekends and public holidays. Any orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday evening.

Wholesale/Retailers? We are currently looking for like-minded businesses (online and retail stores) interested in selling our Babyography® and Petite Post® product range (please note we only wholesale to a handful of retailers at any one time). At the moment we are only accepting retailers that have been in business and trading for a minimum of 2 + years.
